Founded by industry veterans Renee and Lindsey, ItaLee’s blends rustic Italian comfort with the creativity of craft beer and cocktails. Inspired by generations of home cooks—Renee’s Italian grandmother whose recipes were nearly lost, and Lindsey’s Aunt Sandie and Uncle Gary, who taught her the joy of cooking and brewing—we honor those legacies through every dish we serve.

After decades in the restaurant industry and shaped by personal loss, resilience, and deep family roots, we’re creating a space where tradition meets innovation.
